Nothing in the service — no chart, indicator, forecast, hint or AI analyst answer — constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, nor an investment recommendation within the meaning of applicable regulations.
No warranty of accuracy
The data comes from files uploaded by users and is processed automatically. Import, merchant recognition, categorisation, subscription detection and language-model answers may contain errors, omissions and outdated information. The service does not warrant that results are complete or match reality.
Use at your own risk
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the service nor ETHERNECO LTD is liable for any damages, losses, lost profits, loss of data or other consequences of using the service or being unable to use it. Decisions are yours, and so is the responsibility for them.
Third parties
The service relies on external providers: hosting infrastructure, AI model providers and Google sign-in. We are not responsible for their availability, correctness, or how they process the data passed to them.
The demo account
The demo account holds sample data, is shared by every visitor and may be changed or wiped at any time. Do not upload real data to it.
Limits of this exclusion
These disclaimers apply as far as the law allows. They do not exclude liability for intentional harm, for personal injury, or rights that cannot be excluded towards a consumer.
